Hostflippa offer a free migration service, some of these migrations can be completed automatically with the tools in KARMA in your Hostflippa Client Area. Others have to be requested and completed manually - usually those where you are coming from a non-cPanel host.

There are some exceptions and these are detailed below. Free migrations are only available to new clients and one free migration per client.
